Your child has received a script for our upcoming production. Acceptance of a role carries an important commitment. Students who take part are expected to attend all weekly rehearsals (held during their usual class times) and to be available for the performances on Sunday, 24th May at Millenium Theatre, TUS, Moylish, Limerick. Tickets will be available in class in April.

To ensure the smooth running of the production and fairness to all involved, it is essential that you let us know as soon as possible if your child will not be available for rehearsals or the performance date. Late withdrawals can cause significant disruption for the cast and production team, and we kindly ask that this is avoided wherever possible.

AUDITIONS: We have asked each student to pick three roles they would like to play and audition next week. They are not asked to learn the lines off but be comfortable reading, understand the character and the situation, and express the role in their own unique way.
Casting decisions are made with great care and are based on suitability for each role, drawing on our experience of students’ performances in class to date, as well as their behaviour and consistency of weekly attendance. Our aim is always to create the strongest possible production while giving every student the opportunity to shine.
